Braen Stone, the largest, family-owned, construction materials business in northern New Jersey, is looking for any memories or photos anyone may have of the growing company through the years.

The business has expanded over five generations and is in search of any former employees or customers who have funny stories, photos or any information from their time at Braen.

The business is in Englewood, Franklin Lakes, Haledon, Hamburg, Hillsdale, Little Ferry, Mahwah, Midland Park, Passaic, Paterson, Pequannock, Ridgefield, Riverdale, Totowa, Vernon, Wyckoff and Rockland County, N.Y., (Suffern, Ramapo).

Braen is in search of anything or anyone with a connection to the company’s history at any point in their lives.

“Braen has been a long-standing pillar in Northern New Jersey for more than 100 years,” said Jessica Panicucci, the marketing coordinator at Braen Stone.

“We are in search of anyone who has memories involving Braen at some point in their lives – whether they were an employee, related to an employee, or even solely remembered seeing Braen trucks drive by their houses while they were playing outside. We want to show the public how much of an impact Braen has made on the community throughout the past 113 years, and how the company has been a staple throughout many towns in the area.”

If you or anyone you know has anything to add to the Braen Stone’s history book, please contact Jessica Panicucci at 973-720-6434 or jessicap@braenstone.com.
