Carole Novick

Community Advisor

As president of Carole Novick Realty, Inc. I am proud of my reputation for professional service to our clients and customers. I have been a full time Real Estate Broker since 1977. I have a music and art background which is an asset in my real estate transactions and new construction projects. I have presented many creative offerings when necessary. I live in Pomona where I have built two new homes for my family. I designed and built my current home, a custom contemporary. I have assisted many people with their new home purchases through the years. I specialize in residential properties, new construction and land sales, yet I also handle commercial properties. I am a Realtor and I hold the G.R.I. designation. I started my own company in 1981. At that time, most of our business was within the Rockland County borders. I have handled sales in Manhattan, Hoboken and other areas outside of the county. Now, our system, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, is a much larger group covering both sides of the Hudson River and on into parts of NYC. You may view some of my testimonials on my web site at www.CaroleNovickRealty.com. If you would like to receive my monthly newsletter please send your contact information and I will include you in the next mailing. Recent newsletters are always on my site for your review. I am interested in hiring more professional salespeople who want to help people get happily moved...not just sell them a home. I offer quality service to all so Don't Get Lost In The Crowd!
