Haitian Nurses Focus On 'Culture of Safety' In Suffern Program

SUFFERN, N.Y. -- The Haitian American Nurses Association of Rockland County Inc. will hold its annual Nurses’ Week celebration, "Culture of Safety: It Starts With You," on Saturday at the Rockland Community College Technology Center in Suffern.

The event provides a unique way to educate, empower and mobilize nurses and members of the community around the issues of employment discrimination, said Jacqueline Cassagnol, education committee chair.
