The new Netflix series "The Irishman" with Robert DeNiro and Joe Pesci is filming in Rockland County.

Production is under way on Thursday, Sept. 21 at Lafayette and Washington Avenues in Suffern, according to On Location Vacations.

The crew was recently spotted filming in Paterson.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the gangster movie marks the ninth collaboration between Martin Scorsese, who is directing it, and De Niro, who plays Frank “The Irishman” Sheeran, a mob hitman who supposedly was involved in the death of Jimmy Hoffa.

The film also stars Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Bobby Cannavale and Harvey Keitel, according to IMDb.
