Ready, Set, Action! TV Shows Start Filming In Rockland

Watch out, Westchester and Rockland. Those "No Parking" signs around town are a telltale sign something going's on.

Indeed, as TV shows gear up for their new seasons, a variety of area locales are serving as backdrops.

According to OnLocation Vacations, the TV series, "Civil," starring Bradley Whitford, is filming Friday, July 1 off of South Broadway in Tarrytown while "The Path," which stars  "Breaking Bad" alumnus Aaron Paul, is shooting the same day at the Marydell Faith & Life Center in Nyack.

On Tuesday, June 28, the same site reported that Fox's "Gotham," starring Ben McKenzie was filming at St. Alder's Manor in Yonkers.That same day there was also shooting on Willow Ridge Country Club in Harrison for the TV series "Red Oaks."

On Monday, June 27, the TV series "Sneaky Pete," which stars Bryan Cranston, was on location at Oakley Avenue and Crary Avenue in Mount Vernon.

On Friday, June 24 Bogart Avenue and North Main Streets in Pearl River served as a spot for "Red Oaks."

June 24 is also when "Gotham" was in Yonkers filming at Elizabeth Seton College.
