SUFFERN, N.Y. -- A fitness trainer from Suffern is challenging Sylvester Stallone to step into the legal arena, according to a report by lohud.com.

Rob Fletcher is seeking $7 million from the actor best known for his role as boxer Rocky Balboa and NBC, claiming that they stole his idea for a reality show he had pitched as “America’s Next Great Trainer,” lohud.com reported.

The 54-year-old boxing instructor also claims in the suit that Stallone and NBC poached celebrity talent he had lined up and the show’s copyrighted format, the lohud.com story said.

Neither Stallone, one of the executive producers of "Strong," which aired on NBC in 2015, nor the television network would comment on Fletcher’s lawsuit, lohud.com said.
