RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The list of potential buyers for a pharmaceutical plant in Suffern has been winnowed down to two developers and a deal is close, reports lohud.com.
Novartis, which is shaking up its drugmaking division, shuttering sites, and planning layoffs, has had its Rockland campus on the market for two years, lohud reported.
A local real estate broker told the media outlet that both developer candidates have industrial or commercial uses in mind for the 125-acre site on Old Mill Road, says lohud.com.
Novartis is also selling two other parcels, which amount to another 38 acres, reports lohud.com.For the full story, click here .
