The anticipated total of $30,000 will be used to purchase two Fillippi shells.

Crestron's owner George Feldstein, who died recently, was a passionate supporter of River Rowing, said Peter Klose, the association's director. "He had been a serious biker. But he had an injury and he became a rower. He was really dedicated, and his son, Dan, whose running the company, is just as passionate about supporting us."

All companies donating $100 or more will be recognized at the Ergathon. Donors giving $500 and up will be recognized on a plaque at RRA's Rockland Lake training facility.
