RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Two Ramapo police officers were honored recently during the Mid-Hudson Region's STOP-DWI Award Ceremony, according to a statement from the town's police department.
Officers J. Quinn and C. Youngman were recognized for their "outstanding efforts in enforcing the driving while intoxicated laws," according to police.
The honor was enough to bring high praise from many in the department, according to authorities.
"We at RPD congratulate them for this well-deserved recognition," the department said in a statement.
