SUFFERN, N.Y. -- A Suffern man was charged with felony assault on Monday after kicking a nurse in the face at Good Samaritan Hospital, according to the Suffern Police.
Javier Huaman Vasquez was charged with felony assault after kicking a nurse in the face at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Huaman-Vasquez was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Suffern Justice Court appearance on Jan. 17.
