Patricia Mortel, 34, and Aaron Parker, 30, face up to 20 years in state prison when they are sentenced in September. The jury found Parker guilty of one count of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mortel was convicted of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Lohud.com.

The couple was busted during a traffic stop in Clarkstown and officers found more than 300 grams of cocaine. They were stopped based on a Rockland County Drug Task Force investigation. In addition to the Mortel and Parker's arrests, more than 30 other people were also arrested in what police said was a large-scale narcotic trafficking operation that worked out of a hotel room at the Days Inn on Route 59 in Nanuet, added Lohud.com.
