Justin Schwartz, captain of the Spring Valley fire police, is raising concerns over the village's water supply and handing criticism to water provider Suez for denying the department information handling an emergency, according to lohud.com.

Schwartz said Suez rejected the request for fire hydrants locations in the village as well as recent pressure and flow readings. It’s all about safety, when firefighters tap a hydrant, they are not sure what will come out said Schwartz, according to lohud.com.
