Police Seek Suspect In Overnight Shooting In Hillcrest

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police are pursuing a suspect after a young woman was reportedly shot in the leg overnight on Andover Road in Hillcrest, according to multiple reports.

The victim was taken to Nyack Hospital after the suspect, described as a black male in his early 20s reportedly wearing a hoodie and black pants, left the scene in a black sedan at around 1:30 a.m., according to lohud.com.

The woman's identity has not been released.

Ramapo Police have not released any further info.
