RAMAPO, N.Y. -- A Ramapo fire official, accused of failing to properly inspect several private schools, has been suspended while an investigation is under way, according to a report on lohud.com
Adam Peltz will be on desk duty while re-inspections of the schools – the Rockland Institute for Special Education, Green Meadow Waldorf, Bais Yaakov, and Bais Yehuda – are completed, the lohud.com report said.
Ramapo Town Attorney Michael Klein said the review of Peltz’s work should be completed by next week, the lohud, com article said.
