Ramapo Police Arrest Spring Valley Woman On Warrant

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police arrested a 39-year-old Spring Valley woman on a warrant out of the Town of Ramapo Justice Court Saturday, authorities said.

The defendant was arraigned in front of a town justice, and released after she posted bail, according to officials.

Ramapo police officers responded to four reported motor vehicle accidents on Saturday.

Sites of the accidents included New Hempstead Road in New Hempstead, Haverstraw Road in Montebello, Old Nyack Turnpike in Monsey, and Annette Lane in Airmont.

Ramapo police rendered assistance in 81 calls for service Saturday, including three medical emergencies and 13 alarm activations, according to officials.
