AIRMONT, N.Y. -- Hemion Road near Lackawana Trail has reopened following a serious crash late Friday afternoon.
The driver was initially trapped and there were other injuries, the Ramapo Police Department confirmed. The Tallman Fire Department also responded for extrication.
Motorists were asked to find alternate routes due to significant traffic backups in the area, police said.
