Peter Chillemi, 27, of Wayne Avenue, was charged on Wednesday, Nov. 8, with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after the female victim received an eye injury during a domestic argument, said Lt. Daniel Hylas.
Chillemi was processed and arraigned at the Stony Point Justice Court and released without bail pending a court date on Nov. 20.
