The Clarkstown Police Department issued an alert on Wednesday for Kostantina Nitsagia, who is wanted for attempted larceny. Her last known address was in Piermont.
Police described Nitsagia as a 5-foot, 7-inch white female with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts can contact the Clarkstown Police Warrant Unit by calling (845) 639-5880.
