The woman told police she'd just gotten gas on Monday when Marco E. Cajasamendano, 32, "persuaded her to move her vehicle to different portion of the parking lot under the guise that she needed air in her vehicle’s tires," Detective Lt. Ed Kane told Daily Voice Tuesday.
She complied and got out -- then, as she crouched down to put air into the tire, she told police, Cajasamendano "reached under her skirt and touched the victim’s genitals," Kane said.
Borough police arrested Cajasamendano soon after and charged him with criminal sexual contact.
A judge ordered him held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
