Neal E. Ziskind, 36, of Woodbridge was arrested last June by members of the Bergen County prosecutor's Special Victims Unit and New Milford police on charges of sexual assault, child exploitation, child endangerment and promoting obscene material.

He accepted a plea deal from prosecutors, pleading guilty to one count of sexual assault, for which a judge this past month sentenced him this past March with no mandatory minimum.

Ziskind, who was imprisoned at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Avenel, also must remain under lifetime parole supervision as a Megan's Law offender.

Last week, the New Jersey Department of Education State Board of Examiners revoked his two social studies certificates -- one from 2008, the other from 2011.
