RAMAPO, N.Y. -- It’s déjà vu all over again in Hillburn -- a former village trustee has thrown his hat back in the ring, according to a report by lohud.com.

You might need a scorecard to keep track but basically, the lohud.com article said, Thomas Scott is challenging incumbent Bonnie O’Blenis in the March 15 Village Board elections.

Scott, the former deputy mayor who stepped in when O’Blenis resigned in 2010, won the seat in 2011 and then lost it in 2013 to Eleanor DeGraw, the lohud.com article said.

O’Blenis, who got back on the board in 2014, said she is part of a team that has kept, and will continue to keep, taxes low, lohud, com reported.
