She based the prediction on two factors: a "very active" December, which is usually quieter, and week's stock market drops which could steer investors towards real estate.
Many of her clients look to Ramapo for real estate, said Novick noting a new listing she is working on is nicely suited for families.
Novick also expects the rental market will remain "quite strong" for some time to come.
"The property values in parts of Rockland have risen substantially due to the developer/investor interest," said Novick, who is also Ramapo Daily Voice community advisor.
