Suit Against Montvale Homebuilders Settled For $9M

MONTVALE, N.J. — A suit against of the nation's largest homebuilders — which has new homes for sale in Montvale and has a Clifton spa — was recently settled for $9 million, NJ.com reports.

The suit against Hovnanian Enterprises was filed by condo owners in 2013 for construction problems on a West New York apartment building on the Hudson River, the article says.

Two of K Hovnanian Homes' Autumn Way townhouses are still on the market in Montvale for $758,000, according to Zillow.com.

The company also owns K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Great Notch Spa & Club in Clifton.
