Pascuali, 29, and Jahmal A. Lee, 27, were taken into custody about 10:55 p.m. on Monday, according to police. The pair are accused of stealing $63 and $42, respectively, from the store, according to police. Both Pascuali and Lee were arraigned in Ulster Town Court, where was charged with petty larceny, according to police. The pair was taken to the Ulster County jail, where each was held on $250 cash bail.
