A serious crash caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of southbound I-87 near the Bergen/Rockland border late Sunday afternoon into the early evening.
The crash, reported at 5:30 p.m., occurred between the Garden State Parkway connector (Exit 14A) and Spring Valley/Route 59 (Exit 14), with traffic backed up to Spring Valley tolls.
