A jackknifed tractor-trailer is causing gridlock on a stretch of the New York State Thruway on Sunday in Ramapo.

The incident occurred on the southbound side and includes a fuel spill, and was reported at 5:20 p.m. at Exit 14A (southbound Garden State Parkway connector), with stopped traffic at the scene and the right lane blocked and stop-and-go delays to the Spring Valley tolls.

There are also stop-and-go rubber-necking delays on the northbound side.
