The Ramapo Police Department issued an alert warning that a major repaving project is taking place in the area of Spring Valley Road and Summit Avenue in Montvale, N.J., near the town line.
The project has been scheduled from 7 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m. on Friday. Police said that heavy traffic delays are expected and may affect the Chestnut Ridge Area. Motorists have been advised to seek alternate routes while the project is ongoing.
