RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The new majority owners of a 60-acre, $32 million golf course are based in Monsey, and, as of this week, their plans for the land remain unclear, according to lohud.com.
The Minisceongo Golf Club was purchased earlier this month by Mount Ivy LLC, which now owns 78 percent of the property while another partner, Lindifrim Pomona Limited Partnership, owns about 21 percent, according to lohud.com.
Mount Ivy LLC shares the same Old Nyack Turnpike address as Congregation Ribnitz Binyan Torah. Lindifrim is listed in Lakewood, N.J., according to lohud.com.
