Man Charged With Biting 2 CT Children: Police A Connecticut man has been arrested after police said he bit two children who are related to him.  Abdulrahman Alnahari, 32, of South Windsor, was arrested on multiple warrants on Wednesday, Sept. 16.  He allegedly bit the 17- and 4-year-olds during separate incidents in July, South Windsor police said.  Authorities arrested Alnahari in Chicago. He was returned to Connecticut to face charges. Alnahari faces two counts of risk of injury to a child and one count of third-degree assault, South Windsor police said.  He was being held on a $275,000 bond, police said.
