NANUET, N.Y. -- The 11th annual Model Aircraft Expo, scheduled for last weekend, will be held Saturday at the Pascack Community Center in Nanuet, hosted by the Rockland County Radio Control Club and the Clarkstown Parks and Recreation Department.
The expo, which runs from noon-4 p.m., will feature lessons in how to fly drones and foam aircrafts and how to test your skills on an actual radio-controlled aircraft simulator.
In addition, experts will perform aerobatic maneuvers with the models throughout the day, and visitors can view a wide array of model airplanes, helicopters and multirotor aircraft that will be on display.
Admission is free. The community center is 87 Clarkstown Road in Nanuet.
