The higher USPS rates are expected to begin on Sunday, Oct. 4. The temporary prices would stay in place through Sunday, Jan. 17, 2027, pending a review by the Postal Regulatory Commission. The increases would apply to Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select.
