Robert Ponzini, the hearing officer, told the audience they weren't to draw any conclusions from the unexpected end to the hearing, according to lohud.com. He rescheduled the matter for Wednesday, Feb. 8.
This disciplinary hearing is to address 19 of the 41 charges against Sullivan, lohud.com reported. On Tuesday, experts on forensic data had testified about information that had been deleted from Sullivan's phone, as well as from a police computer.
