What Makes Them Bagelicious : People can't help but notice that nostalgic feeling when the bite into a Nyack Hot Bagels bagel. That because the bagels are made the same way Jewish immigrants hand-rolled them a century ago.
"You just can't duplicate a hand-rolled bagel," said Owner Chris Kamvosoulis. His father and uncle started the deli in 1995 and have never stopped hand-rolling the 13 varieties they sell. "You can tell a hand-rolled bagel by its stretch marks," he said.
Crazy Flavors : Expect the traditional. "We don't have chocolate or cheddar cheese bagels," he said. "We keep it classic."
Reminder: The contest ends Monday, April 25 at 5 p.m.. You can vote multiple times, albeit once per day.
