Following the accusations by the state Education Department Office of Facilities Planning, the town's Building Department and the town attorney's office are going over all of Peltz's work and reinspecting the buildings the state complained about. Peltz could face disciplinary charges or even dismissal if reinspections find that he ignored violations, said lohud.com.

The four schools named included Rockland Institute for Special Education (known as RISE for special needs children), Bais Yaakov, the Green Meadow Waldorf School and Bais Yehuda, added lohud.com.
