Rockland Mental Health Director Discussing New Show About Suicide On CBS
Dr. Susan Hoerter, the medical director of the Rockland Department of Mental Health, will appear in a segment on CBS New York at 5 p.m. Wednesday to discuss the new Netflix series "13 Reasons Why., which deals with teen suicide.
