A brother accused of stabbing his sister to death after becoming enraged by barking dogs will have his homicide case moved to county court following a preliminary hearing, prosecutors announced on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
Bryan Emeric Adolph, 26, of East Hempfield Township, was ordered to stand trial after Judge Brian Chudzik ruled on Wednesday, July 29, that the case should proceed to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.
