PA Woman Killed In Crash: Coroner
A Pennsylvania woman was killed following a two-vehicle crash, officials announced Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Agustina M. Stevens, 42, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street of Birdsboro, was involved in the crash at Philadelphia Avenue, also known as Route 73, and Snyder Road in Oley Township around 6:18 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, according to the Berks County Coroner’s Office.
Stevens was taken by ambulance to Tower Health/Reading Hospital, where she was pronounced dead in the emergency department at 8:23 a.m., the coroner said.

Several Northeast states are among the places with the most diversity in the US, according to a new study.
WalletHub released its 2026 Most & Least Diverse States in America list on Tuesday, Sept. 15. The study ranked all 50 states using 14 measures across socioeconomic, cultural, economic, household, religious, and political diversity.

A musician remembered for bringing people together has died more than 16 months after he was shot in Philadelphia, authorities announced on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
José A. Jr. Ramos Cepeda, 39, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem at 4:47 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
Ramos Cepeda suffered the gunshot wounds in the 1500 block of East Luzerne Street in Philadelphia at approximately 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the coroner said.

PA Man Charged With Raping Child Over Several Years: Police
A Pennsylvania man is accused of sexually abusing a child younger than 13 over several years, police said.
Dev Poudel, 50, of the 500 block of Wayne Drive in Mechanicsburg, was charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of children, Upper Allen Township Police said.
Police were notified Thursday, Sept. 10, about the reported abuse. Investigators determined the abuse occurred over several years, authorities said.
