RAMAPO, N.Y. – Three auto accidents with property damage highlight the Ramapo Police Department's incident blotter for Saturday.
The accidents occurred on Rockland Lane and Danville Road in Hillcrest and on Post Road in Sloatsburg.
In other incidents, a driver was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after an officer noticed his vehicle on North Main Street in Hillcrest with an expired inspection sticker.
A brief investigation found that the driver had his license suspended due to a previous driving while ability impaired charge, and he was ordered to appear in Ramapo Justice Court next month.
In total, there were 101 calls for service on Saturday: eight medical emergencies, 12 alarm activations and three arrests for aggravated unlicensed operation.
