Bryan Collazo, 21, was arrested during a traffic stop in Ramapo in April and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Collazo is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds. He has dark hair, brown eyes and had a slight beard and mustache at the time of his arrest.
He is now wanted on an active bench warrant, police said.
