SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- In the second stabbing incident in Spring Valley in two days, a local man is recovering after he was knifed in the chest by another resident, according to a report by News12.
The 27-year-old victim was attacked on South Main Street early Wednesday, Feb. 24, police told News12.
Under arrest is 39-year-old Tomas Lorenzo-Perez, who was charged with attempted murder and assault, the News12 report said.
On Tuesday, Feb. 23, another Spring Valley man was charged with assault after Ramapo police said he stabbed another resident in the hand. Arrested in that case was 20-year-old Jonathan DaSilva, police said.
