Mesivta Ahavas Hatorah has operated a boys’ religious school on the property for about three years, lohud.com said.

It was discovered that the property had not been given the necessary permits to operate as a school dating back 10 years and to the previous owners, reported lohud.com.

Mesivta is seeking the necessary permits, despite the recommendation against such action by the village fire inspector, lohud.com noted.
