Montco Copper Thieves Used Bolt Cutters In Peco Station Break-In, Troopers Say State police in Montgomery County are investigating a burglary at a PECO substation on May 8.  Two masked men used bolt cutters to gain entry to the substation at 444 Gravel Pike in Perkiomen, troopers said.  They then stole copper wiring from the loading dock, according to investigators.  Suspect one was 5-foot-11 and about 180 pounds with an average build, police said. Elderly Couple Dies In Murder-Suicide: Lehigh County Coroner Officials are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in North Whitehall Township on Saturday, May 18, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Authorities said 78-year-old Harvey H.
