A Fairfield County man was arrested after allegedly shooting his wife while attempting to shoot his stepson during a fight. The incident occurred in Stratford around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, on Bates Street. According to Capt. Connecticut State Police have an added presence at a high school after a student received a threat. The incident occurred in New Haven County in Oxford at Oxford High School on Wednesday, May 22. A popular Fairfield County park was closed after police received a report of a stroller being pushed into the water. The incident occurred at Beardsley Park at 3102 E Main St., in Bridgeport, around 8:10 p.m., Monday, May 20. One person received minor injuries during a crash between a vehicle and a school bus in Connecticut. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7:30 a.m., Monday, May 20, at 38 Indian Trail in Waterbury. According to Lt. A fire broke out at a mixed-occupancy building with a restaurant in Fairfield County. The blaze began around 10:10 a.m. Sunday, May 19, at the two-story structure in Norwalk. A woman has been arrested after police claim she was behind an attack on a Connecticut mall employee. The New Haven County incident happened on Thursday, May 16 in Meriden.
