Philip Puche Sentenced For Murdering Nancy Kenny
A Cherry Hill man has been sentenced to 40 years in New Jersey State Prison for murdering his ex-wife, authorities said. On April 3, 2024, Philip Puche, 76, was convicted of first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, and weapons offenses in connection to the death of Nancy Kenny on March 15, 2021. He was sentenced on May 15, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. On July 19, 2020, at approximately 10 a.m., Puche, attacked his ex-wife Nancy Kenny just as she was entering her vehicle outside of her home in Audubon Park. …

A 45-year-old man from Willingboro was killed in a drive-by shooting outside a social club, authorities said. The shooting occurred around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at the Diamond Dogz social club in the first block of John F. Kennedy Way, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Willingboro Township Acting Public Safety Director Captain Ian Bucs. Pickup Truck Driver Killed In Collision With Garbage Truck In South Jersey
A 53-year-old pickup truck driver from Cherry Hill was killed after a collision with a garbage truck in Gloucester County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about noon on Tuesday, May 21 at Lambs and Glassboro roads in Mantua, police said. The front of the garbage truck struck the driver's side door of the Ram pickup, police said. The victim's name had not been released. The garbage truck driver was not hurt.

Four men and two teens were arrested in Atlantic City, five of whom were accused of selling heroin, cocaine, and Xanax, authorities said. A woman was wounded by gunfire in the City of Salem, authorities said. Police responded to shots fired on the 200 block of Wesley Street at about 11:15 p.m. Monday, May 20. They found a 23-year-old victim, Salem police said. She was taken for treatment at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. A 19-year-old mini-bike rider was killed when he collided with a van, authorities said. Justin Rapp, of Marlton, died in the crash, according to Evesham police. An Atlantic County corrections officer was among three people accused of a scheme to smuggle contraband into the county's jail, authorities said.
