An out-of-state man faces felony charges after police said he was caught with a loaded gun and a magazine on the Thruway in Rockland County — without a New York State permit.
Ramiro Loachamin Jr., 24, of Shelburne, Vermont, was arrested on felony weapon charges following the stop on Sunday, Sept. 20, New York State Police announced on Thursday, Sept. 24.
